The Swiss Web3 Fest stands as a pioneering global Web3 conference held in Switzerland, uniting visionaries, investors, and creators. Its primary focus encompasses an array of cutting-edge technologies, spanning AI, Blockchain, Cryptocurrencies, Gaming, Sustainability, IoT, Metaverse, NFTs, and more.
The inaugural Swiss Web3 Fest, occurring from September 12th to 17th, convened a diverse global audience. Notably, participants from Switzerland's Crypto Valley and the Middle East's Crypto Oasis, both eminent crypto ecosystems spearheading the Internet's next phase, were well-represented.
This festival was initiated through collaborative efforts by Inacta Ventures, Crypto Oasis Ventures, The Crypto Valley Association, and Trust Square, with co-hosting support from The Internet Computer.
Dfinity Foundation, known as Internet Computer, played a pivotal role as a co-host, even housing an event at the DFINITY Office. It featured ICP.Lab 5, which shone a spotlight on numerous remarkable projects centered around the Metaverse and Gaming realms.
Dfinity and its Internet Computer Protocol (ICP) bring forth seamless, secure, and scalable blockchain solutions, with the mission to expand Web3's potential and cultivate the future of on-chain gaming.
The Swiss Web3 Fest boasted an impressive lineup of over 50 exhibitors, captivating discussions covering 80+ topics and side events, and a roster of more than 150 distinguished speakers. Notable figures included Franz Bergmueller, CEO of SEBA Bank AG; Annika Kessel, Co-Founder of Cosmiq Universe AG; Dominic Williams, Co-Founder of DFINITY; Mehdi Cherif, Founder of Pulse World, and many others.
